About us
Apple Seeds is a student-led community group founded in 2019. Since 2024, we have been formally recognized in Korea to carry out nonprofit community service initiatives. We are dedicated to promoting peace and coexistence by supporting children from marginalized and underprivileged backgrounds, especially children from migrant and multicultural families.
The Meaning Behind Our Name
Apple Seeds is more than just a name.
It represents how small acts of kindness can grow into lasting change. Just as an apple seed grows into a strong and generous tree, we believe that compassion, when planted with care, can blossom into hope, wisdom, and a better future.
The word “seed” reflects a new beginning.
Even a single sincere effort can spark something meaningful.
The word “apple” symbolizes love, sharing, and well-being.
Together, Apple Seeds expresses our mission:
to plant kindness, nurture understanding, and grow a more inclusive world.
